Since day one, the goal of The Cut Buddy has been to help everyone, everywhere, look sharp on their own terms. But to be honest with you: we grew a little too big, a little too fast.

To keep the company healthy and make sure we can continue to innovate for years to come, we have made the difficult decision to pause international shipping and sales through thecutbuddy.com starting January 8, 2026. We need to focus on our domestic operations for a while to get our house in order, but we fully intend to win your business back in the future. This isn't "goodbye, "it's "see you later."

Where to Shop Now?

🇨🇦 If you are in Canada:

🌎 All Other International Countries:

While direct sales are paused, we still have inventory in our international distribution centers. We are preparing an exclusive "Clear the Shelves" Sale to get those products into your hands at local shipping rates. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when the sale link goes live.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens to my current order?

Any orders placed before January 8, 2026, will be fulfilled and shipped as normal.

What about my subscription?
  • Canada: We recommend setting up a new subscription through our Amazon Canada Store.
  • Other International: Your subscription has been paused. Please reach out to us at customer@thecutbuddy.com and let us know what you were subscribed to, so we can thank you personally for your loyalty.
Is my warranty still valid?

Yes. We are pausing sales, not support. If you have an issue with a product you already own, or something you buy during our upcoming "Clear the Shelves" sale, our team is here for you at customer@thecutbuddy.com.

Why only Amazon Canada?

 Amazon Canada’s logistics allow us to serve our Canadian Buddies without overextending our domestic team. It’s the most efficient way to keep the gear moving while we focus on company health.

When will you ship internationally again?

Further updates will be shared via our newsletter. We don’t have a date yet, but we are working hard to come back stronger and better than before.
