We recommend replacing your Bald Buddy shaving head every 3–5 months, depending on how frequently you shave, your hair type, and how well the shaving head is maintained.

Regular replacement helps maintain a close, comfortable shave and optimal performance. If you notice pulling, irritation, or reduced shaving efficiency, it may be time to swap out your shaving head.

Your Bald Buddy may be in Lock Mode, which prevents accidental activation. To unlock it, press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds until the shaver turns on.

If it still won't turn on, make sure it's fully charged and try again while disconnected from the charger. If the issue continues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
