"The bristles are firm, but not too hard. They're strong enough to lay down the hair without scratching the scalp, unlike most Hard brushes. Just like the Soft brush, the grooves on the sides makes it easy to hold and use. But unfortunately, also just like the Soft brush, bristles come out with almost every single use. They're left in your hair and on your clothes, which makes using it extremely annoying and frustrating."
